Annual Golf Tournament & Auction
Tickets to the Dinner & Auction on April 26, 2009 are $25 each; tables seat 10 ($250). Check-in for the Dinner & Auction begins at 6pm at the El Paso Country Club. The dinner stations begin serving at 6:30. There will be live and silent auction items available for bidding. The golf tournament is a shotgun start promptly at 12:30pm at El Paso Country Club Monday April 27, 2009. Two-man teams play 1/2 best ball and 1/2 scramble on the course. There are individual player competitions at each hole, team prizes for the top teams in each flight, a putting contest, and 3 hole-in-one competitions one of which is sponsored by Lacy & Co. Please be sure to include your shirt size and handicap on your registration form. All golfers receive lunch provided by McDonald's before the tournament and dinner provided by The State Line Restaurant after the tournament. Please be sure to watch our 3rd annual helicopter golf ball drop immediately following the tournament Monday April 27, 2009 at the El Paso Country Club (approximately 5pm). Sponsors for this event include Jobe Materials, pilot Stanley Jobe, and Helen of Troy who generously sponsored the $25,000 grand prize for this exciting event. Tickets for the ball drop can be purchased through the brochure below or by calling Ronald McDonald House. In addition to the grand prize, 2 - $500 prizes will be awarded.
